If a carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. GeekPins is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. We will assist you in contacting the carrier to start a trace or claim, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

Taxes and Duties: You are responsible for applicable taxes and duties unless collected at checkout. International orders operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where stated in our Shipping Policy.
