Customs and import taxes
GeekPins operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all international shipments. All import duties, customs fees, and taxes are collected at checkout. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking email after two business days, or if tracking has not updated, contact us at support@geekpins.com and we will investigate.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery status is based on the carrier’s tracking updates. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, as packages are sometimes scanned early or misdelivered nearby.
GeekPins is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier to start a claim or trace, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for orders showing a confirmed delivery.
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, contact us and we will help file a claim or explore replacement options.
