Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our policies below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for different types of products.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Trading card products (including sealed boxes, packs, singles, and mystery items)
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@geekpins.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation. Please note that minor cosmetic wear, such as small rips, dents, or imperfections to sealed trading card packaging, can occur during transit and does not qualify as a damaged product.

Enamel Pins & Accessories

If a pin or accessory arrives defective (for example, a broken post or missing enamel), send a photo and your order number within 7 days. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. If approved for a return, please ship the item to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. GeekPins is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Orders Marked as Delivered

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, GeekPins is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first.

We are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier to initiate a trace or claim, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for orders showing confirmed delivery.

Sale Items

Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
